The AutoVue connector can be configured to read data directly from a DMS or Case Management system database.  This allows key data such as the document subject and stamp field values to be easily retrieved.

CORSA DMS

To allow access to a CORSA DMS database when running on an Oracle database instance, the following authorisations and synonyms should be setup. This assumes an Oracle database user aview has been created.  This will provide read access to the key database tables needed by the DigEplan solution, if additional AutoVue Stamps are configured that use other database tables, access to these tables will need to be granted as shown below.

Create user “aview” profile “default” identified by "aviewpass" default tablespace "CORSA_DAT" temporary tablespace "TEMP" account  unlock;

grant connect to aview;
grant select on corsa.poststuk to aview;
grant select on corsa.obj_kenm to aview;
