When viewing a document in AutoVue, barcodes are not being displayed or converted correctly compared to the original application.
This is normally caused by a missing custom font in AutoVue (eg 3of9 font).
To resolve this
- Install the missing font on the DigEplan server
- Restart the server
Please note : if DigEplan is running 2 server instances (View and Conversion), this process will need to be applied to both View and Conversion
