If the AutoVue applet is not displayed when a user clicks the view in AutoVue button in SharePoint, this could be due to one of the following:
Glassfish service is not running on AutoVue Server.
Sharepoint Connector configuration file is incorrect.
Client's browser is not allowing pop-ups from the AutoVue server.
Server not added to the local intranet zone.
