The checks on the Java components are now far more stringent.

There are of course our 2 standard elements in creating windows policy exceptions for the Java applets and adding the site to the local intranet zone in IE.

 

1 – Internet Explorer and Java versions  

If you run Internet Explorer 11, it will require up to date versions of Java installed on the client PC.

 

2 – Local intranet and Java site security exceptions list

In organisations, these are normally set up as windows policies by system administrators.

3 – Client PC’s need access to the signed Java certificates for AutoVue and the <SharePoint/DigEplan/Review Cloud/DPP> application require access to the following addresses for certificate verification
